Use standard N.C. Sales Contracts and Disclosures, we will also use NC-approved agreements and disclosures.

Agents can not

  -  Hold deposits

  -  Ensure there are no liens,

  -  Provide mortgage services

  -  Perform closings and are actually not needed during closing

  -  Complete forms for the seller or buyer

Agents can:

  -  Provide listings in MLS.

  -  Show houses. 

  -  Interact with Seller/Buyer agent.​​​​​

Our Terms For Agents:

The buyer is responsible for any and all fees and costs for any Real Estate Agents they contract with, those fees will be in addition to the agreed purchase price.

If wanting to make an offer, we will negotiate a price and together meet with an attorney to oversee completion of the NC state sales contract and disclosure forms.

Seller will deposit in escrow the agreed deposit.  A proof of payment or financing will be required prior to any agreement.

 

Buyer will schedule a home inspection (optional)

​

after the agreed due diligence time is met, the seller will schedule the closing with the attorney

​

attend the closing, signing all required documents.
